This is a serious nursery. One of the best. Unfortunately, they are very pricey. Then again, they are paying a lot of staff ... And the staff is very knowledgeable. So fully worth it, in my opinion. They have an extremely large variety of plants. Absolutely worth a stroll on a languid afternoon!

Just stopped in today for our basket bedding plants, excellent selection, got some great colours in the petunias and Million Bells that I am sure will be gone in a couple of weeks, pays to shop early. Also picked up a Chenille plant, my husband's favourite, very unique looking flower. As usual they have lots of knowledgeable staff and the plants are healthy and well cared for. Support your local nursery and get to choose from a fantastic selection of plants, what more can you ask for?

They have a large and well laid out nursery with both greenhouses, and all the other accoutrement of a gardener or landscaper. Statuary, tools, books, landscaping artifacts for beautification, snacks bird feeders and gardening clothes represent some of the non-plant offerings. The plants are all in numbered sections that allow for quick unsupervised shopping. They can get rather busy during rush periods with lots of customers in. They have some plant experts on site that will identify clippings and various plants brought in. Certain staff can provide expert help. In all an excellent place to shop for your garden and landscape needs. Parking is free on the lot, but they are not on any real transit routes.

One of the best nurseries on the South Island. Huge selection of plants, trees, shrubs etc and a nice selection of indoor plants. A great selection of roses and a nice cactus section too. Outside they have stuff for your pond or water features and bird baths etc.

My first time at the nursery and it was massive!!! They have an incredible selection to choose from and many I've never seen before. Some staff were super friendly and others a bit grumpy that day. Some were knowledgeable, and again others not so much. I found the prices to be a bit in the high side, but the quality of the plants you get are up there. Best to wear proper shoes and not flip flops like I did. Lots of stones on the path.

Huge selection prices are average. They have one of the best selections of large landscaping products like mature shrubs, trees and perennials. If I were landscaping a new yard this would be a place to get everything you need.
